通过maven build发布web项目到tomcat时报如下异常：

原因为：
1、检查tomcat安装目录下的conf/tomcat-users.xml中的<tomcat-users>节点下是否添加了权限的设置
2、maven安装目录下的conf/settings.xml中server的账号和密码是否正确
